It pains me to leave a negative review for Chick Fil a, but this location doesn’t live up to the typical Chick Fil a standards. We have been here many times and about half of the time there is some kind of problem. Last week we had to wait 30 minutes for our order (I guess they forgot us), and my husband’s chicken sandwich was strangely thin. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with the food here, and we have been to other Chick Fil locations countless times around the country without running into these issues. I am not sure if they are understaffed but I would recommend a different location.

FOOD POISONING!!!! I would give zero stars if I could! Got food from there today and within hours of eating, myself, my husband & our 21 month old all had diarrhea and vomiting. This place literally gave us food poisoning. I have reported this store and incident to the county & state health department, formal complaint has been filed. Poor handling of food, potentially left food out at incorrect temperatures. I have never seen a restaurant with so many employees just standing around, complete & willing negligence.

We went to get lunch at the ft union location today and we tried to pay for a $30 order with a $100 bill. We were immediately told that they couldn’t take it, they had no change. The kid that helped us was incredibly rude, and we just found it odd That he wouldn’t ask anybody or even check when their restaurant was completely full and the drive-through line was wrapped around the building. We obviously don’t know what their policy is, perhaps they drop their money often and don’t ever have change in their registers, But we didn’t notice anything posted anywhere that said they could not accept a $100 bill and with how busy they were, it doesn’t seem possible that there wasn’t a way to get change. We left without getting food and were just disappointed at the lack of customer service.

Food was fine but you guys have a serious problem with how long your line is at this location!!! Waiting 40 mins to get through 7 cars is ridiculous. This is the third time in a row Its taken almost an hour to get food.

Waited in a short drive through line for nearly a half hour. I’ve never had service this bad at a chic fil a. Will not be returning to this location, it’s worth it to drive down the road to the Murray location, you get much faster service.

I stopped coming 5 years ago because of their customer service. So, I thought I’d give them another chance and came today and my nuggets were warm and the fries were stale. I’ve leaned my lesson. I won’t be back.
