We’ve been experiencing frequent issues with missing items on our drive-thru orders lately. Unfortunately, there’s rarely an apology, and we often have to go back inside or make an extra trip after already getting home. Today, we placed a delivery order that was apparently given to the wrong person, and the order was simply canceled. As a result, I waited only to end up with no breakfast. I also used rewards for part of the order and now have to wait several days to hopefully receive both the refund and the rewards back. Overall, the service at this location has been disappointing compared to other locations.

Manager on shift was cleaning the lobby and not only sweeped by our feet and scoffed when we didn’t move but physically kept bumping the booth im sitting in while cleaning booths. I’m aware the store was closing soon but I was annoyed at this.

A 2‘ x 4‘ space for delivery drivers to stand? No reserved spots anymore? how unprofessional how crap that this restaurant doesn’t want to partner with strong delivery drivers and the delivery driver entrance says team members only so how would anybody know to walk in that door?

Please get these adorable teenagers and staff who take orders in the rain and cold some big jackets. Tell them to wear snow pants to stay warm outside....their teeth chatter while they take orders. I worry about them.

This is my favorite Chick Fil A location. It’s the cutest, warmest, and best location. Such a homey feeling and one time they brought around free cookies for moms and a little note acknowledging how hard it can be to bring kids places — above and beyond!

I’ve eaten Cobb salad for many years, but tonight I have been given the worst salad I’ve eaten. Only about 6 pieces of chicken and the rest was filled with crumb, crumbs and more crumbs….really disappointed
