We ordered an ice cream cake. When we picked it up it was melting. But didn’t have the energy to be like “why you sell me melted cakes?”

The male worker that was there tonight didn’t even fill up the cup fully and was charged $6 for a 3 bite worth cup. Very disappointed will not be going back. Not to mention for the milkshake didn’t put whip cream on it either.

Really bad experience with this cake we ordered. It was supposed to be a two-layer cake with brownies mixed into the ice cream and a fudge layer in between. Instead, we just got a big layer of red velvet cake with a little bit of ice cream and fudge on top. Also, it was not frozen all the way as it was melting and looked a mess! What I got was a really ugly cake that I could have made myself if I had known. Not coming back here ever! By the way, I paid more than $70.00 for it.

The first strike against this place was they no longer have Butterfinger for a mix in, lol. The second strike was I don’t think the Young Man did the right ice cream mix, it didn’t taste right. And the third strike was, it was a little on the Wimpy side, a little smaller than normal. Whether these are franchise run or Corp run you guys gotta make sure that you’re training your staff properly. I realize your staff are young high school or college kids in most cases and yet they still need to be trained to give the right Experience that you’re looking your customers to have.

The manager of this franchise is obviously incompetent and needs to be fired. I placed an order for a birthday cake 2 days in advance. Husband goes to pick it up, they never even made the thing. Now the poor girl working is struggling to make the cake when I have a birthday party in 40 minutes. What the hell did I leave a tip for? Never ordering anything from here again.

We ordered a cake online days ago and then I went to pick it up and they act like they’ve never heard of such a thing. The poor teenager here is just trying to help but the incompetent management probably sold her up the river without a paddle. Don’t waste your time or money here.

UPDATE YOUR HOURS ONLINE for the love of God. Clearly lots of people in the reviews have had this issue, so BECAUSE of this , I showed up even earlier (8:30pm in case they actually closed at 9pm instead of 10pm that shows online !? But no apparently they close way earlier , WHAT TIME DO YOU ACTUALLY CLOSE ?!? and stick with it .. stop pissing people off and wasting our time by driving over there, be honest with your hours , it's literally the easiest and simplest thing a business could do out of respect for our time .... Not coming back here at all.

I ordered an Ice Cream cake online for my son’s 2nd birthday. They called me the morning I was supposed to pick it up and asked what I wanted to be written on it. Super simple “Happy 2nd Birthday CJ”. My husband didn’t check the cake before he left and needless to say-we were pretty disappointed when we got home by the quality of the writing. I would have rather they just left it blank.
We usually love cold stone but had the worst experience at this location. We ordered online for pick up and when we got there it was super busy and it seemed like the employees were just talking and taking their time instead of actually helping the customers. We got home and the carton of ice cream is only half full and it was vanilla instead of cake batter. Super disappointed with this location.

Go to any Coldstone location other than this one. Coldstone is my favorite ice cream store but this location fails to live up to Coldstone standards. They always give extra small portions and try to skimp on mix ins. The “gotta have it” I ordered tonight barely reached the top of the cup, other locations always give more than can even fit in the cup. I’ll be visiting other locations from now on.

Every time I’ve tried to go here as a Walk In or order Ice Cream from a food delivery service like Uber Eats especially for a Buy 1 Get 1 Deal it’s takes forever. This store is constantly short staffed. 3 different Uber Eats drivers opted out before one completed the order. 3 Strikes you’re out.
