Bro someone needs to teach theses children how to act with customers. No greeting coming in, no enthusiasm when addressing customers. The girl with the nose piercing has been chewing gum the whole time and the tall long haired kid is dinking around while she makes up our order. Terrible customer service.

I arrived at 9:48. The employee (red head) had already closed early. It stinks driving your family somewhere that’s supposed to be open.

Super long wait and then the blender was broken. Surprised the ice cream shop only had one (broken) blender.

Worst experience at a Cold Stone. Three employees working and only one who seemed to be new actually making ice cream. The employee I think named Josh shouldn’t be getting paid to not work. I would never want to go anywhere he was again. And they didn’t even fill my ice cream half as much as a normal cold stone. I knew I should’ve walked out but was too set on it and kept thinking it couldn’t be that bad. It was worse.
I love taking my daughter here for a cold treat in the summer.

There was one teenager working at 10 pm on a Saturday night. We were waiting for an hour for our turn to order. The worker was way over worked. People kept walking in then walking out once they saw the line that was building up. With door dash orders taking priority we just had to keep waiting. Jason was working by himself and all he could do was just apologize over and over. For the prices of ice cream here this place should hire at least one more person to work a Saturday night. Given all the pressure the worker was under he did amazing, he was friendly and very apologetic for the wait.
Cold Stone needs to do better, for the amount of people that walked out while we waited they could easily pay another workers wage. Their staff would be less overwhelmed and over worked.
I needed to wash my hands so I went in to use the restroom. It was dirty like truck stop dirty. The sink looks like they ordered it off of wish it was so small I had to take a picture. This is a place that serves food. One it should be cleaner and two how do you expect someone to wash their hands properly when their hands touch the inside of the sink when you try to get under the water.
We asked why the worker was by himself, he said his manager decided to leave and nobody else was coming in. He said this isn't the first time that his manager has done this and he has only worked here for a week. The kid deserved a good tip, but he said that the tips get put all together then split between all the workers and the irresponsible manager counts the tips and decided how they get split. This place has some shady practices and treats 16 year old kids like garbage
The saying "you have to spend money to make money", really applies here. Take care of your employees and your employees will take care of you. Value them at least as much as you want them to value you as an employer.

We were here @ 10 pm on a Saturday, it was super crowded with only one employee, Jason. He had a super great attitude and was very friendly despite being slammed all by himself. He got us through the line pretty quick and our ice cream was great!
It’s 9:30pm on a Friday night with the line out the door. And one associate is wiping down the windows and counting the till? Only one employee getting the ice cream together and checking out. You’d think they’d have all hands on deck getting the line down.. Saw several people walk out of the store because they were sick of waiting.

Place was slammed but the ladies working had great attitudes and just kept going until the crowd died down. I think my hands would have fell off.
