There were 3 employees total for the lunch rush. Only one lady was running orders while the others were doing only making tortillas. I had to wait 20 minutes before placing my order. I ordered a Baja bowl and my partner ordered a salad but switched it to a Baja bowl. The lady then told us no that we cannot not switch even though they are the exact same Ingredients and wanted to argue with us about 2 Oz over 4 Oz of chicken, after offering to pay extra for the change she still told us no. So we left.Making people wait and arguing over price and amount of product isn't appropriate.

My lunch starts at 11, I work right next door. Didn’t get to order till 11:23 because 1 person was working. Only leaving me 10 minutes to eat lunch. I order a small salad, get barely any meet on it. The guy I’m with orders a Baja bowl and gets 4 times the meet. At this point all I have in my bowl was a beans and rice with chicken. I ask why does he get so much meat, she explains it’s cause he ordered a bowl, I say make mine a bowl then and she tells me NO and looks irritated giving me attitude. All that was different was the amount of chicken, same shirt in both of our bowls. We both walked out, they wasted all that food because she wouldn’t budge.

Food was great, but I hate being asked for a tip at checkout. It's a fast food place and unless it's a sit down restaurant where my food and drinks are being brought to me at my table, asking for a tip during checkout is just uncomfortable.

This is the third time I've ordered a Baja bowl from this location and I get it and I hardly have any beans, any rice or any meat but it's completely full of veggies. It's ridiculous how much they're going to charge you but they won't give you what you pay

Compared to Cafe Rio, and Chipotle, Costa Vida is my first choice.Dietary restrictions: They have a good process for handling gluten free orders. I think all of the food is gluten free aside from the flour tortillas and desserts.
