I've come here many times. The majority has been drive-thru. The staff is pretty friendly. Sometimes they don't seem to have a big picture which may be due to turnover. I think the service is pretty friendly.
The custard is delicious but it's usually too soft (runny).
When I dine in, the area is usually clean.

2025 update: Much faster and better service. Our order was accurate. The burger and chicken sandwich were good. Pass on the chili cheese fries. They were soggy and didn't taste that good. Glad to see some improvements over time.

The food is just okay. The service was suuuuper slow. 10 minute wait in the drive thru just for one burger and fries.
August 2025
Used to come here often 16 months ago. The shakes used to have tons of toppings mixed very well into them. Highest quality custard (ice cream) available from fast food. However, the times I've come here this July and August, the concrete mixers have been soft and goopy, and the toppings are barely noticable. Culver's concrete mixers are meant to be thick and dense with toppings. Right now it's more like cold soup.
