Ya know, the last time I ate Domino's š was about 20 years ago - absolute cardboard. But hey! They've changed! IT WAS GOOD!!! And quick. I'm impressed Domino's! We'll be back.

Dominoes has added a lot to the menu since last time I was here. I enjoyed the smothered tater tots and stuffed breads ticks particularly. The pasta was fine, the sauce was nothing special, but no complaints. The sandwich was pretty good. And the lava brownie was pretty good. I didn't even end up ordering a pizza! I'll be back to try some other items.

This is the 2nd time in a month I have ordered from Dominos in Midvale. The first time it was not very good, cold. I ordered one an hour ago. Thinking and hoping it would be better. It wasnāt. The pizza has absolutely no taste to it. It was only marginally warm. Ordered it with extra sauce, onions and mushrooms. Almost needed a magnifying glass to find them. This will be the last time I get a pizza from this location or any Dominos pizza location. It used to be a good pizza business but not now.

The most accurate delivery service of any pizza place weāve used in the valley. Weāve only had one order issue and they fixed it immediately. Fresh, hot, fast, and accurate, theyāre our go-to.

The driver never delivered our food, the shift manager decided to argue with me about where I live. We went searching our neighborhood and thereās no pizza. Told her o wanted a refund and a fresh pizza delivered. She hung up on me after telling me she wouldnāt give me the free pizza. Her customer service lessons skills including arguing with me and not comping me lost the store our business and the company too. Iām too old to argue with ignorant people about my address and drivers who canāt follow instructions. So much for a simple pizza after a 12 hour drive, First world problems I know, but I wonāt be spending my money here and will be filing a complaint. Highly recommend not using this location.

Never answer the phone
Ordered a pizza and bread for delivery. The tracker app said it had been delivered and it never was. Tried calling the store in Midvale and was put on hold for 30+ minutes. I got tired of listening to the non stop promotions while on hold and hung up. Tried to submit an issue on their delivery insurance app multiple times and it kept failing verification with the codes they sent. Tried contacting customer service and it was all AI based and took multiple efforts to include all the info required. They do not pull any info from your order and you are required to input everything again. Very annoying and lousy customer service. I just want my credit card refunded and I have no idea if the $30+ will ever come back to me.

First and foremost, I have to acknowledge the man who made my experience worth while, as well as even making me want to write a review, as it is rarely done on my behalf. Gabe, you are an absolute ALLSTAR.. and if nobody has told you already, (which Iām sure they have!) you are the exact definition of quality, genuinely amazing customer service that needs to be implemented more at Dominos.. and any customer service job at that! If you have the pleasure of getting Gabe as your tender/cashier, youāll feel the authenticity and professionalism he brings, but most importantly the outstanding attitude, no matter the task and circumstances at hand. It was pretty busy during the time I ordered, and regardless of the overwhelming amount of orders coming in, he did not once let that affect how he treats his customers. Iām very big on attentiveness with my surroundings, and all in all he handled the rush with what seemed like VERY experienced ease. Keep it up Gabe, you stand out like crazy. The pizza was awesome like always, but Iād like to think it was a little better knowing the dedication for satisfaction was behind the overall splendid experience I had :)

Never been disappointed from a Domino's Pizza. The newer location by my house is awesome. They had my order done early and ready to go. The service was excellent, polite and efficient.

I live 5 min driving, I was too lazy to drive at 12:30 so I ordered wings and pizza, it came on the ETA but the driver was too lazy too to find my address, I had to go down stairs and find he was in the next building, he didn't want to check my building is number 5, he decided not to move from building 6 until I came and showed him my door in the 3rd floor.
Food was cold already.

Burned pizza and completely dry, it's sad that they actually send pizzas out like this. It's not rocket science to make a two topping pizza. Whoever the manager is here should be ashamed at the lack of quality and care they are putting out. This is sad and a shame and needs to end now. Signed a mad customer

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for the girl sitting behind the oven to get off her phone. The manager had to come out of the back and slam her hand in the oven to get her attention. Then the girl looked at me, rolled her eyes, and gave me the rudest annoyed attitude while ringing up my order like it was my fault for simply existing.
Then, of course, when I got home I found both of my pizzas had been burnt with half of one drowning in buffalo sauce. I'm convinced that this location literally hates their customers.
