The service here is incredible! I never knew that Dutch Bros served more than just caffeinated drinks, I had always assumed they were just another coffee shop. Last night, I came through and Lena helped find and make a flavored lemonade that 100% fitted my tastebuds! She also informed me more on the non- caffeinated items on the menu, and Dutch Bros has lots of alternatives I never knew about! 10/10!

The team here is incredible. Baristas always very friendly and fast. After I had an issue with my order last week the assistant manager (ugh names) was super cool about making things right for me. 🫶🏻 thanks guys

Long wait, drinks were made wrong, and wrong sizes were given from what we ordered. When informed that I ordered a large she put extra ice into a large cup and poured the drink into there.

I visit Dutch Bros. regularly. This was my first time at the Midvale store. I always get the same drink. This time I spent more than usual and the drink was HORRIBLE. I was in a rush to get to my home 50 miles away. I did not taste the beverage until I was on the highway. I dumped it out. It was too bitter to drink.
Got my protein fix on the road! Friendly team members and great coffee!

When I asked if they could make sure my drink wasn’t cross contaminated with gluten the barista gave me an attitude and said there’s absolutely no way due to cross contamination (gross) Used to come daily but I’m done after that type of service. Even McDonald’s will accommodate allergies

It’s 50/50 if your drink is gonna turn out good, today they handed me a cup of milk instead of a chai. It’s about five shades lighter than it normally is. Service is always great though, and they offer new food items which is cool. For the price, the gamble of getting a good drink doesn’t feel worth it to me sadly.
