Lina was so nice! she helped find halal options on the food menu for my dad and I, and even went back in to double check! shes so fun to talk to and really turned this into a great experience

When I asked if they could make sure my drink wasn’t cross contaminated with gluten the barista gave me an attitude and said there’s absolutely no way due to cross contamination (gross) Used to come daily but I’m done after that type of service. Even McDonald’s will accommodate allergies

It’s 50/50 if your drink is gonna turn out good, today they handed me a cup of milk instead of a chai. It’s about five shades lighter than it normally is. Service is always great though, and they offer new food items which is cool. For the price, the gamble of getting a good drink doesn’t feel worth it to me sadly.

Choosing a different location from here on, this stand has been my go-to since moving to this area, frequent this stand on my work break. Hence I expect this place to be working with speed, let alone get me my drink before my hour-long lunch is over.
Today I left the line, wasted the majority of my break waiting for a linebuster to even come outside.
I will choose to travel the extra 10 minutes to a different stand so I can still get a drink! Love Dutch, but this one needs some serious focus on the speed of their service.

I have loved going to every Dutch Bros. They are always so nice and the Christmas morning chai is my favorite!
I asked for a birthday cake 🍰🎂 🎉 with coffee I got this (I assumed you get soft top and sprinkles hold if requested) you have to make sure you tell them either you want this mixed, iced, freeze or something like that because all the workers here keep changing the name of the way is made every time and don't give you what you asked for also some workers will ask what kind of milk do you want your coffee made with the majority won't and if you don't ask this same drink birthday cake they'll ask what flavor but won't tell you what flavors or make it whatever way they feel that day
I have been coming to this location since April and from there 'till now the service went from great to poor.
