Overall a decent place for breakfast and bagels. I usually get one of the sandwiches when I’m at an Einstein’s but tried their new bagelrito this time. Overall it was super tasty and a good amount of spiciness. If you like spicy food, definitely recommend.
I like their bagels, but I don't like the wait. I never order sandwiches or anything, it's always a dozen bagels, not sliced. I shouldn't be forced to wait for these people ordering their nit-picky custom, slow to produce bagel sandwiches, when all that they have to do for me, is toss some bagels in a bag, and then let me on my way. There should be a separate line for special sandwich and coffee orders. The few times that they did allow me to move ahead of the people...
The service was mixed. When I ordered, they sounded like they had no clue what I was talking about, until I pointed it out on the menu. The Turkey sausage and cheddar was good, the almond butter was great. The mochas were good. The space is a little small and tight, but comfortable enough.
