A treasure, I have been multiple times and I couldn't tell you about any other food item than the pazole. How they make it better than your average you'd have to ask them. Make sure you don't go too late in the afternoon cause I'm not the only one who loves how to cook that pazole. They have had some turn over in staff I think so I can blame them for the "service" I got last time, I had to go to the bathroom and drink out of the sink I was parched, I don't see that dude around so hopefully they nip that in the bud. Highly recommended, I'm sure the other food is good but all I'm getting is that pazole dudes.

This restaurant, has been in Midvale for a very long time. I remember when it was on state street. I'm 67 and I remember El Farol when I was a teenager. I miss the original owners alot, him and his wife were a team, and now look, there still open. God bless you all. EDDIE WOODSON " originally from Midvale. Keep up the great work as a family.

They were understaffed and had a large party so the service was a bit slow. I had the Chile Verde burrito. It was very good and only cost $6.49 they have good food at reasonable prices.
The sauce on the Chile relleno tasted like spaghetti sauce. The nachos were completely stale and the cheddar cheese was sour. Worst meal I have ever had at any restaurant.
