We’ve been lucky enough to do the omakase three times at Itto Sushi Midvale and each time has been an incredible experience! We are very fortunate to have this establishment in Utah providing an experience that is not only the best meal I’ve had, but also a fun and humorous educational demonstration by the owner himself. 12/10 would come again and again and again!

We ordered a Romeo and Juliet, gluten free, a Vegas roll gluten-free, a Vegas roll non-gluten-free, and a Playboy (I am pretty sure that’s what the last one was but if not it’s a regular one I get). Almost every role can be made gluten-free, which was awesome for my sister and still just as delicious for me, who loves the regular.
