I like their subs although a full sub is over $20 now. The last two times I tried to order there the staff didn’t acknowledge me, no greeting. Three staff members at 2 locations just kept their heads down. There was only one other customer each time. Went to Subway next door and got immediately welcomed.

I have Celiac allergy to gluten. Marshall was amazing, made a fabulous sandwich with no bread on a bed of lettuce ? as well as other sandwiches. Great staff also. ?

Every time I go here, I get the same thing. A Giant #3 on Rosemary (Mike's Way, obviously. Mike's Way is the best way!). Sometimes I ask for Jalapeños, but not often. My order is always done quickly and made to perfection (with only one exception, and I don't blame them because it was a very busy day).

We LOVE Jersey Mike’s, However, we had a HORRIFIC experience with one of the employees! A very sweet employee was being so patient with my Aunt and her special needs. As she was helping my aunt understand how points work, a male employee came around, and shoved the girl away from the register! She continued to help my Aunt, Until he aggressively turned towards the girl, got close to her face, and YELLED: “CAN YOU NOT? I’M TRYING TO GET HER PHONE NUMBER SO I CAN LOOK UP HER POINTS!” It was SO loud, you could easily hear it from anywhere in the restaurant!
The young woman acted as if it was no big deal, leaving me wondering if this is the type of environment she is constantly exposed to! It’s extremely disrespectful and UNPROFESSIONAL. I was able to get the name of the abusive employee: Randel G - who apparently goes by “Buba”. I’ve worked in management for 12 years and I would NEVER let him come anywhere near my customers OR employees!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! Friendly staff and so clean! I always get the number two in a wrap!!! I love how fresh everything is and they take great care of you!!! I love this place Thank you for another wonderful meal?

I work nearby this location and my boss and I frequently stop by to pick up lunch. We are always happy with the freshness and quality of the food, as well as the kindness and professionalism from the employees. Today I forgot to check the no mayo box when ordering my sandwich, which unfortunately makes the sandwich un-edible for me. It was completely my fault and I felt so silly. I called and spoke to Lydia on the phone and let her know the situation. She said she'd be happy to make me a new sandwich at no cost! When I picked up the new sandwich, Lydia and Bubba (I didn't quite hear his name, so I could have it wrong) were so kind. Little things like this make such a big difference in peoples lives, you truly made my day! Thank you Jersey Mike's for having wonderful food and people. We will definitely continue to frequent this location and highly recommend Jersey Mike's as our fave sandwich place :)

The sad thing about businesses refusing cash. My order came to $24.95, so I handed over $50. She says sorry we can't take any bills bigger than a $20 I said "well I have a $20 & a $50 so if I give you $20 who is paying the other $4.95"? Now she is puzzled like she has to solve a math problem when I finally said glad I have my debit card, but I am a cash person! Wondering if my order came to $40 plus dollars, would they still refuse a fifty? P.S. the small time robbers of fast food places don't care about the denomination!!!

I love sub sandwiches and have tried a bunch of different places. I find myself returning to Jersey Mike Subs. Great variety and large portions. Love the bread also. Was very clean, and the service was great. I recommend it for a tasty and filling sandwich.
