Jersey Mike's Subs

Placed an order online and went to pick it up and the employees were in the back playing on their phones and I waited 5 minutes before finally getting their attention only for them to tell me they had forgotten about online orders and hadn't started our order that should have been ready ten minutes prior. Terrible customer service.

Quick, delicious, punctual and store overall very clean.

One of the better jersey mikes I've been to. Clean store and never felt lacking on my sandwich. Although it's not quite as good as some independent sandwich shops, it's much better than any other chain.

They kept messing up my order I love this place but they didn't get anything right. The food was good

I LOVED the girl that tended to my father and I for our order. Super bubbly, super sweet, and just had an amazing overall personality of working there. I also work in a restaurant setting kind of like this place, and it’s people like her that just keep the atmosphere positive and alive. I wish I got her name! This Jersey Mike’s was super slow with very few workers on shift. It took a really long time just to get our food, and once we finally sat down to eat our sandwiches which had already taken forever one of the employees came up and told us they were closing soon. They even started stacking the chairs around us with about 45 minutes still left before closing time.

It felt really rushed and unwelcoming especially after we had already waited so long for our order. Definitely not the best experience. It was honestly kind of lame.

I like their subs although a full sub is over $20 now. The last two times I tried to order there the staff didn’t acknowledge me, no greeting. Three staff members at 2 locations just kept their heads down. There was only one other customer each time. Went to Subway next door and got immediately welcomed.

I have Celiac allergy to gluten. Marshall was amazing, made a fabulous sandwich with no bread on a bed of lettuce ? as well as other sandwiches. Great staff also. ?

Every time I go here, I get the same thing. A Giant #3 on Rosemary (Mike's Way, obviously. Mike's Way is the best way!). Sometimes I ask for Jalapeños, but not often. My order is always done quickly and made to perfection (with only one exception, and I don't blame them because it was a very busy day).

We LOVE Jersey Mike’s, However, we had a HORRIFIC experience with one of the employees! A very sweet employee was being so patient with my Aunt and her special needs. As she was helping my aunt understand how points work, a male employee came around, and shoved the girl away from the register! She continued to help my Aunt, Until he aggressively turned towards the girl, got close to her face, and YELLED: “CAN YOU NOT? I’M TRYING TO GET HER PHONE NUMBER SO I CAN LOOK UP HER POINTS!” It was SO loud, you could easily hear it from anywhere in the restaurant!
The young woman acted as if it was no big deal, leaving me wondering if this is the type of environment she is constantly exposed to! It’s extremely disrespectful and UNPROFESSIONAL. I was able to get the name of the abusive employee: Randel G - who apparently goes by “Buba”. I’ve worked in management for 12 years and I would NEVER let him come anywhere near my customers OR employees!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! Friendly staff and so clean! I always get the number two in a wrap!!! I love how fresh everything is and they take great care of you!!! I love this place Thank you for another wonderful meal?
