I got a Flo's Filet. I thought I ordered a medium rare but got a medium well-done. I expressed my confusion but came to the conclusion that I must have misspoken. They wanted me to have a good experience so they brought me out another filet on the house! Longhorn is a great place to have some amazing steak!
Service was not good ! We went there around 7:30 or so on Tuesday not busy at all. After the foods were delivered and that’s it ! I made a couple of gestures to waitress to refill our drinks no luck not even once to come by to check on us ? I feel like we were just being ignored.
The 5 stars is for the food. For the price, you have one of the best bone-in ribeyes in Utah. I’ve eaten at the Midvale location many times. Service is usually good. I’ve had some horrible service there at times though. Our servers never checked on us. The steak was rare instead of medium rare, but that was only once out of at least 80+ times I’ve eaten there over the years that I wasn’t happy with the steak. My only suggestion is for the servers to please pay attention...
