This location has terrible customer service. I always place a mobile order and then come pick it up. It is never ready at the expected time. But tonight was the worst experience yet. My order was not ready until 40 minutes past the time it was supposed to be. When I actually got my food it was not well prepared. Everything was undercooked and the toppings were not distributed evenly. Several toppings that were ordered were not on our pizzas. The employees were moving extremely slowly and were also not very apologetic about the fact that I waited 40 minutes past the expected time for my order.

Do NOT trust their sanitation.
All 3 of us ordered completely different kinds of pizza last night. All 3 of spent the ENTIRE night with horrible diarrhea and vomiting. I’m assuming it had something to do with the cheese or dough because none of our toppings were the same. Never ever ever going back to this location.

Ordered ahead and it was 20 minutes after arriving before they even put it in the oven. 4-5 people walked right through the line no problem. Should probably fix that

This review is about ownership!! You have GOT to get them some window treatments for the evening hours. The sun blasts right into their eyes as they try to interact with customers. There is nothing on your huge windows to block the sun. It shines right at the key areas like pizza oven where food is picked up and employees need to work consistently. Get over here and fix this for them! Treat your people like you care!

It took 40 minutes for us to get our 5 pizzas. There was no one in line ahead of us and 4 people working. One gal making crusts, one doing the oven and another looked like she was making phone orders. The guy that helped us was nice but after making our pizzas he left them on the counter and proceeded to make pizzas for the people behind us. Somehow their pizzas went in the oven before ours and they got theirs first. I’m am a pretty regular customer and this has happened now on multiple occasions so I hope by leaving a reviews someone will work to get things moving a little faster. I now hesitate when I think of eating here because I know it will be very slow service.

I will never make the mistake of ordering from here online again. I asked for extra cheese and they didn't even cover the sauce and hardly added any of the toppings on it. What a waste of money. Glad you saved fifty cents on cheese and mushrooms so my $15 pizza could taste like cardboard.
