We didn’t realize one of the pizzas had bleu cheese on it, and they were super nice about replacing both of them! Wonderful service, and our replacement pizzas were delicious!

Workers weren’t welcoming and ignored us when we came in. Didn’t offer to help us and couldn’t even talk loudly enough to communicate effectively. (Plus one girl had AirPods and wouldn’t make effort to help us whatsoever, very unprofessional).
Also, for sanitary reason, same AirPod girl was placing cutting boards and shelves that they were prepping food on DIRECTLY onto the floor. She proceeded to touch the food with the same gloves she was using for cleaning.
In all, very unimpressed and would not recommend people go to this location.

I came in and ordered a pizza for carry out the worker was very polite and service was great. But I ordered the thick crust style cause I wanted something more filling. I left with my food and when I got to my destination to eat my pizza I had to throw away half of it because the dough was not stretched evenly or cooked enough. More than half my pizza was completely raw and inedible. Not gonna like I was disappointed since I spent $20 on this meal. Not mad just disappointed due to the price point and I couldn’t eat half my meal.

This location has terrible customer service. I always place a mobile order and then come pick it up. It is never ready at the expected time. But tonight was the worst experience yet. My order was not ready until 40 minutes past the time it was supposed to be. When I actually got my food it was not well prepared. Everything was undercooked and the toppings were not distributed evenly. Several toppings that were ordered were not on our pizzas. The employees were moving extremely slowly and were also not very apologetic about the fact that I waited 40 minutes past the expected time for my order.

Do NOT trust their sanitation.
All 3 of us ordered completely different kinds of pizza last night. All 3 of spent the ENTIRE night with horrible diarrhea and vomiting. I’m assuming it had something to do with the cheese or dough because none of our toppings were the same. Never ever ever going back to this location.

This review is about ownership!! You have GOT to get them some window treatments for the evening hours. The sun blasts right into their eyes as they try to interact with customers. There is nothing on your huge windows to block the sun. It shines right at the key areas like pizza oven where food is picked up and employees need to work consistently. Get over here and fix this for them! Treat your people like you care!
