“The food was good and portions overall great for pizza, pasta, and dessert. The salad is a side salad and not worth the $10 it costs. Their menu could have better descriptions and drinks listed. I felt the menu just felt confusing if you don’t know pasta names. I thought service was great and our waitress was great. Atmosphere is a little bland and loud. I might come again, but for the price it’s not at the top of my list. For drinks and main courses, plus a few shared desserts, we spent around $40 a person, which is a lot for “casual” spot.“

“I’ve been to the Draper Noodles & Company several times, and the service is consistently outstanding. The team genuinely treats it like a full-service restaurant rather than just a fast-casual spot. “Maddy is an excellent worker, outstanding customer service, she has amazing multitasking skills, and deserves the best. I have hearing aids and a learning disability so I’m able to notice someone’s hard work and my surroundings right away.

I was there for 10 mins and noticed how well she handles the register, making the two meals, and making sure the customers were taken care of in the lobby. She was the only person working and handling everything on her own.

“Since I last visited noodles a couple years ago the quality has been greatly improved. Portion sizes are decent again and the quality is much higher now. When I accidentally charged a wrong card the store manager was super nice and helped me refund and charge the correct card. It was a bit of trouble and they didn't really have to do that since I had already paid and even placed the order online but they accommodated my needs and were super friendly. Highly reccomend this location!“

“Was my first time coming here. I came here with four other people. The food was amazing. The customer service I received or saw did not make me feel super welcomed, they forgot our order of garlic bread. The soda machine was out of syrup I let them know and they were quick to fix it. But everyone has off days I’m human I know I do. I would still say go try the food. I had the Japanese pan fried noodles with shrimp with a side of Wisconsin Mac n cheese. I will be coming back for more.“
