The young man who took our order was absolutely great. From his polite demeanor to ensuring our order was correct. Our food was good as usual however the chicken was a little dry which was entirely unusual but most likely a one-off, and the young man who took such pride in his job cleaning up the lobby and eating area shows there is truly pride in this restaurant and they do hire for character.

My friend and I have been frequenting Popeye’s (varying locations) while I’ve been visiting from out of town, and we have been experiencing some pretty terrible service - being ignored while staff sit on their phones back to the counter, exasperated staff when we’ve asked for sauce, etc, and the pop machines always being out.

Today I had the greatest experience at Popeyes, solely because of Liam.
Previously, and at multiple locations, I have experienced some of the worst customer service. People ignoring me at the front, being on their phones, zero communication abilities, dirty environment, drink machines not working, feeling like a burden when asking for anything even remotely extra.
