Annoyed with this. I got a drink and it wasn’t mixed at all? Like literally none of it. All of the syrup was at the bottom. Doesn’t take much to mix a drink. Try again next time?

I go to swig everyday and this is probably the worst location in Utah. The staff are so unprofessional and the service is so bad. There is always a line and you will be waiting for 20 minutes for your drink. Why swig can’t figure out how to help this location is beyond me. They need people taking orders outside. Go to a different one not this one.

Bought 20 $5 gift cards at this location today. The staff member was nice but didn't inform me she was giving me Christmas themed gift cards. I am using these for staff gifts in May so Christmas gift cards wouldn't be appropriate. She didn't have enough of the regular red Swig themed cards. I asked her for card sleeves thinking it would be a swig envelope or cardstock. They were plain white mini envelopes but corners were bent and had dried water/soda in them. Some of the gift cards are sticky. I went to another location to get gift cards to replace them. They couldn't transfer the amount so I had to buy more to make up for it.

Raspberry Dream is my FAVORITE and GO TO drink from Swig. I’ve had similar copy cats from Sodalicious and Fiz, but it’s honestly not the same.Swig makes it much much better!
