My favorite taco stand along Midvale Center Street. Their al pastor (and everything else I've tried) is really good. Almost always people in line every time I drive by. Plenty of parking. Bring cash.
Had them cater our wedding celebration . Would recommend meat was good and they were super nice to work with .

The tacos are good, the tacos are good, and if you prefer, they have roasted pastor tacos, but I'll leave it up to you to decide.
Parking: There are several stores in the same place and the parking is gained as they arrive and be careful because there are cars that come from other directions and you can caranbolas
