I've tried to come to this establishment three times, but it just had not worked out. I don't think Salt Lake has opened a place like this before and it was quite exciting for my friends and I to try this place. This shop took over an old pho place and the lay out did not change. It might be because it's new and they're understaffed, but they tend to have long wait times during the busy hours.Their menu is pretty interesting, it's almost like a pre-set hot pot order with other items you can add on with additional cost. There isn't much variation with each option, but there are mainly, I think, 6 different soup options and each soup comes with 5-6 different meat/no meat options. I'm a very big fan of Chinese mala flavor, but they do not offer mala and the closest thing to mala is their hot and spicy soup (I think that's what it's called).Their soups come in this boiling hot ceramic pot that is not on a stove, but it's just extremely hot and it cools down over time. That is why they tell you to put the meat in first. The portions of the sides you can put in the pot are small and it all looks like it will not fill you up in the end. The noodles are what carries most of it, which I'm not sure if I like that. I wish they gave you a little bit more sides, but I did indeed leave full because of the rice noodles.Overall, it tasted good. The price is not bad for what you get, but I don't think it's that worth it. It's just okay. I wish they gave you more sides with your soup, but I think they just keep it small to keep the cost down and that's why they heavily rely on the noodles to fill you up. The whole place is just okay, not good or bad; it's priced fairly and you leave full.

First impression: dog bowls. LOL. My husband and I came in for lunch without any idea what to expect. This place has a different twist in their noodles: you order a dish, then get served a tray of "ingredients" (or toppings?!) + a noodles bowl (no broth) + a big boiling broth bowl. The broth bowl, which is where you dump everything in to eat out of, was what we thought looked like a dog bowl lol. The portion of noodles are quite big. And the soup was very flavorful. Typical nonchalant Asian style service. Big dining area. Overall a good meal!

Rice noodle is like Chinese ramen. Great environment, great service, foods are at decent price. Most importantly, the taste is excellent. Definitely one of the most unique Chinese food out here in Utah. We had the orginal, tomato and jintang flavor. All of them taste good. How the food was presented is also a plus. Definitely gonna come back.It has raised the standard of Chinese food in Salt Lake City. If you like rice noodles, you should try this restaurant.Came back after a year. Food tastes totally different. Very disappointed.

The soups are good, but I would like them to have dishes with rice or a lot of eggs.

Interesting concept on hot pot. The service is fast and decent. The food is good, soup flavor doesn't have the umami I was hoping for although it had plenty of spice. I had the lamb and there were very small pieces of lamb. The place is open and clean. The music selection is terrible for dinner which did not bode well for a relaxing atmosphere.

Obssessed with this place! Ten Seconds is my go-to noodle spot! Part of an international franchise, they specialize in Yunnan aka crossing the bridge rice noodles. Served basically as an individual hot pot, you put everything else in first and then the noodles which take 10 seconds to cook. The entire bowl stays hot for a long time, which is awesome! I always order the C1 pickled hot & sour soup with fish add-on. The soup is soooo flavorful and has the perfect spicy kick! Although I order the C1 practically every time, the D series szechian hot & spicy is also enjoyable. If you're looking for a new noodle spot, I highly recommend giving this place a try. Portion is perfect in my opinion. Love, love the fish, noodles, and soup!

Definitely a unique eating experience! The hot and spicy soup's unforgettably flavorful, aromatic, and filling. Also, on multiple visits, the staff have been consistently attentive and friendly.

This place was super yummy! I went here with my husband and two kids and we all ate really well. My kiddos got the Original Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles which was great because it came with the ingredients on the side so they loved picking which ingredients went in their broths. My husband and I got the Spicy Beef Brisket Rice Noodles which was super tasty. I do feel the meat to noodle ratio was on the low end so if you are wanting a good amount of protein I would do the extra meat option. We also got two appetizers, tofu skin and cucumber salad. Both appetizers were delicious and highly recommended! We will definitely come back again!
