Topgolf Salt Lake City

Had an annual membership through my company. When we showed up as soon as the door opened, they said we are in line and it will be a 30-45 min wait. We ended up waiting for over an hour and when we got to the bottom floor, no joke 95% of the space was literally open. Then, we could only play for an hour instead of two because the membership only works till 12pm. Idk why my company keeps the membership. I don't think it's worth it.

told us we can’t golf asked for refund told us to go home then called me asking why i wasn’t at my bay as they JUST told me to go home before i even got to the bay?!! terrible terrible experience

When I used to live in UT, my brother his wife and I went to this location and we had an amazing time. Even though At the time we did believe the food prices had quite a high price tag for nothing special, the ambiance was lively and fun. I’m considering to go back soon to compare the service and food from before and now and different locations. Based on the experience I had before I am excited to visit a different location in a different state, hoping all the locations offer the same quality of service.

Booked my son's birthday party here. Besides the fact that its incredibly overpriced, we've been here a few times and its always a great time. I thought for sure they'd do something to personalize or make it a little special. That was not the case at all. Front desk told us what bays we were in, headed to the very top, at the very end. Kids were a little scared of how high up we were. They were in the middle of setting up a wedding, so a little chaotic. Host was nice, got us started, brought out food and drinks. 30 min in, a new host introduced himself, said the manager was covering while he was busy. I asked for refills on the kids drinks 3x. First time he said he'd get it in 5 min, as they each still had 1 swallow left. OK, whatever. Then said we needed to take care of the tab first. What tab? The 1 beer is ordered? I'm not going to leave without paying. Get the kids their drinks, its a kid party. He explains the bill, says I already prepaid. Wonderful, why was that more important than refills? We still had 45 min left. He finally brings giant sodas instead of refilling the kids cups the manager brought. The ones with lids and straws. Then he brings the $12 tab for my beer, I pay. That is the extent of the service I received. No utensils for the cake, no plates, literally nothing. Why was i charged $75 for a prepaid tip? Why did I pay $500 instead of renting 2 bays. This was not a birthday party experience. We will never do this again.

And the wedding was tacky. If you are setting up for a private event, give yourself enough time to set up instead of it affecting current customers. It was impossible to leave with tons of wedding guests arriving, who seemed annoyed that we were even there.

Me and my husband decided to try top golf for our anniversary, they were amazing service. Super helpful and attentive as well. Will be returning in the future was so fun.

Nice facility and the food is good but the last two times I have come the wait has been hours long. Even when using the app to get on the waitlist early we end up waiting. The first time we stayed home to wait for our designated time, but it told us the bay was ready an hour early and we could not get there in time. The second time we came an hour early thinking the app timing wasn’t any good and even after an hour, they told us we had another hour and 15 minute wait even though the app said it was the right time.

Seems like the app is only any good if you live 15 minutes or less away.

It is a fun place to T-off and spend a rainy day. But not a place to eat, The food was horrible. Burnt chicken tenders, spoiled sour cream on stale nacho chips, tasteless chicken flatbread.

So service thankfully we have a good server. Alcoholic beverages taste like juice. Food is mid. The atmosphere, we are the vibe. Over 1 hour or 2 is fun for a party of 3

This was an absolutely amazing experience over all that can't recommend enough. Even if you're not good at golf they set it up so that you still have a good time! Some of the food was a bit hard to eat given the atmosphere, but was still very high quality and tasted amazing
