The place is unlike any other, especially the waffles. It’s my first time and Sara and Serenity were welcoming and suggested the Red Wonder or the Nutella Love as some of the sweet favorites. I ordered the Red Wonder and I was impressed by this beautifully hand crafted dough based waffle topped with fresh strawberries and raspberries! It was yummy! I highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch or dinner as they have a variety of dishes to satisfy your sweet and savory cravings! I’ll certainly be back for more. Thank you Waffle Love!

We went to Waffle Love and ended up waiting almost an hour for our order. Most of the people there were also waiting, and it became clear that the restaurant was understaffed. We understand there were only three employees, but if weekends are busy, there should be more support. We were disappointed because we used to really enjoy this place, but after waiting so long and eventually having to cancel our order, we honestly don’t feel excited to come back anymore.

Went in on a saturday morning and was fairly busy, so we patiently waited for our food for over 20 minutes and struggled to find a table that wasn’t covered in old food or mess. The food was alright, but $40 for two waffles is insane, and definitely not worth the food we got and in the time we got it.
It was fantastic! The waffles are delicious and the staff is really nice.

I used to love Waffle Love, but I’ve been to this location twice this year and both times it was really disappointing. The tables were sticky, the fryer looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while as well as the cutting board looked unsanitary. The garbage was overflowing, and the staff were not nice at all.

Honestly, would not come here again. If you like sweet breakfast, this would be good for you. It was personally too sweet for us, but the presentation of the food was nice. There was sugar clumps in the waffles. The staff was none stop complaining about how busy they are. They were a little busy, but not too bad and that’s also not an excuse to be rude. We waited 25 min for a hot chocolate. When my husband went to ask for it they said that they just haven’t had time and are too busy as they had given three people who definitely ordered after us their hot drinks.

Just stopped by for some breakfast, ordered a breakfast Sammy for my husband and a red wonder for me. Waited over 25 minutes before I went and asked the employee about my food. I was being patient as they were fairly busy. Turns out it was sitting on the counter in a bag ready to go, and she said she “didn’t know I was here.” They never called my name when it was ready. I was there the entire time waiting. Now that I’m home I go to open my food, and the red wonder doesn’t have any strawberries on it and barely any biscoff spread. Idk if they were out of strawberries or what, they didn’t say anything. I’m disappointed in the wait time, that my food sat there for who knows how long, and that they didn’t make the food correctly either. It’s a bit pricy in my opinion so is frustrating having this experience, wasting my time, and not even have my food made correctly. Especially when I see signs all over the store saying to leave a 5 star review for a free plain waffle card or $2 off.
