I went to this location today at 9am and was told they don’t start serving until 10am. The door and website both said they were open at 8am and I was able to walk in. I also checked online and I was able to place an order to be picked up in like 10 minutes so it seems like they just didn’t want to serve me. They have done this before when I went an hour before closing and they said I couldn’t order anything anymore but same situation, I tested online and could still order. I guess they are just lazy or perhaps racist. I will never try going to this location again. I know it’s not the owners fault, these are people they hire to work for them so I hope they read this and understand what is going on in their store. Very disappointing. I bought several gift cards for family and friends and I texted ALL of them and told them not to go to this location.

I went to the store at 9am on December 26th with my daughter and I was told that they were not open till 10am , even though the website and the sign at the door says that opens at 8am . I questioned the girl about that and she didn’t have an answer for that just insisted that they didn’t open for one more hour. It was very frustrated.

We ordered from this store via Doordash. I ordered a grilled cheese with tomato soup and a Red Wonder waffle. My husband ordered Chicken and Waffles. All the waffles were stale and hard. It was like they had been made a week ago. My tomato soup was cold and had a weird flavor. I will not be eating or ordering from here again.

It was first visit at this place. My waffle was under cooked, super pale in color and rubbery for the breakfest sandwich. Everything we ordered was pretty bland. Churro waffles need more cinnamon sugar topping. Not very churro like when its so minimally dusted. The maple syrup was bland. Didn't really taste like Maple. Any store bought bottle brand would have been better. Took a fair ammount of time in prep work. They might need more staff. One order of 3 people ahead of me and I think I waited over 15min. The table I was waiting at was super wobbly from having a short leg or something. Next time I would just make my own waffles and stay at home.

What an absolute rip off. Ten dollars for 1 lousy tiny grilled cheese with a tiny cup of soup filled half way. Never will I spend my money here again.

Had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was so tender. The sauce was delicious. Of course the waffles are spectacular. It's just echos inside a bit too much.
I have been ordering from Waffle Love for a LONG time. I was evening supporting when they were just a food truck! I would pay over $10 for a good portion plus I figured it’s a small business. But I noticed on Uber eats the price was raised to $12 and i figured it was fine SINCE the portion left me full. But as of 7/8 of 2024 they CUT their portions for the same price without even noting anything!! 2024 higher prices with lower portions! This is the picture and you can see the difference if you look at there older pictures they like to put infront of the reviews!! It’s literally cut in half! I’m appalled, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
