“HOLY BBQ! This is some of the best BBQ I've had in a VERY long time! The Hot Mess brisket loaded baked potato is next level! The pulled pork and chopped brisket are tender, full of flavor, and extremely moist. The funeral potatoes were a little dry for my taste, but my husband loved them and the baked beans were good. Portion sizes are bigger than expected, my glutenous son could not finish the Hot Mess, even with plenty of help from us! The price was not outrageous for a food truck. We paid about $40 for the Hot Mess and a 2 Meat Plate with an extra side and tip. I HIGHLY recommend you give these guys a try!“
