HOLY BBQ! This is some of the best BBQ I've had in a VERY long time! The Hot Mess brisket loaded baked potato is next level! The pulled pork and chopped brisket are tender, full of flavor, and extremely moist. The funeral potatoes were a little dry for my taste, but my husband loved them and the baked beans were good. Portion sizes are bigger than expected, my glutenous son could not finish the Hot Mess, even with plenty of help from us! The price was not outrageous for a food truck. We paid about $40 for the Hot Mess and a 2 Meat Plate with an extra side and tip. I HIGHLY recommend you give these guys a try!

After an exhausting 14 hr drive found these guys food truck at the side of a small Utah town....Look ya’all this was as good as any Texas bbq I’ve had; Absolutely outstanding food and the owners blessed us with alittle extra and a side for our growing family after casually shooting the breeze about getting stuck in the side of the road...

**FYI as of 3/13/24, this is a food truck** I’m not sure if it used to be a brick and mortar or inside a Chevron or what, but it’s definitely part of a food truck gang currently so don’t be confused like we were when trying to find it! Regardless, it was awesome BBQ and the guy working was awesome. We would go back without hesitation.

I have been a huge bbq nut for my entire life and this place was excellent. There were a lot of people telling me to try it so I saw the truck and decided to take the family to check it out. The service was delightful and the food was so good. My wife and kids agreed. Will definitely be returning.

The food tasted really good actually, I got a chopped brisket sandwich and rib add-on. One thing I didn’t care for, the sandwich was dripping in grease when they brought it out, so the bottom bun was soaked from the get-go. The ribs were really good, some sort of sweet rub on it that was good, but generally I’d prefer a spicy rub. Really tender though. Last “irk”, annoying that the credit card charge asks for a tip. You don’t have a waiter, shouldn’t even ask at that point especially at the prices for restaurants these days (over $20 for just me). You get your own drink, sauces etc , and are supposed to even bus the table lol, so yeah unless it’s a sit down service restaurant, shouldn’t ask for tips, and this will affect business in the long run believe it or not. Good food though, can’t knock that at all.

I absolutely loved the food here. I came here and I instantly fell in love so much so where I brought my wife on a road trip to come get their food. I arrived at 8:10 and they were closed. I was stunned since I planned this so well and double check the times and made sure to arrive before 9. They are closed Mondays. Tuesday through Thursday they close at 8 even though it says 9 online. The rest of they actually do close at 9. Please plan accordingly and don't mess up date night like me!

This was our first time coming and we will definitely come back. The food was beyond our expectations. I thought the prices were reasonable for a BBQ place. I split the grandaddy and the hot mess and I couldn't pick a favorite. Highly recommend!
