THEE highest quality bread and baked goods. It might be the jazz music. But it’s probably the ingredients and baker skills. And then there’s the COOKIE. Let me put it this way: if I was on my deathbed and given one chance to eat one thing it would be this cookie. 10/10 recommend this bakery to any and all in the land.
Absolutely the best Sourdough and coffee I've ever had.
By far the most amazing bread I have ever eaten. The staff, the atmosphere, the whole experience is top notch. I came all the way from Louisiana to try them out. I will be coming here often just to get their bread. I recommend this place to anyone who is local or on here on vacation.

Hawk & Sparrow is an amazing artisanal bakery. The sourdough is some of the best, with a great crust and a delicious soft center. They make baguettes and sourdough bread every day, plus two other specialty breads that vary. Loaves include Khorasan Whole Wheat, Parmesan Black Sesame, and Black Currant sourdough. The Parmesan Black Sesame is superb, and the Khorasan is great. They grind the ancient grain fresh on site, and the fresh milled wheat adds incredible flavor. Their sourdough chocolate chip cookies are also delicious and superb. The service is very friendly, and they offer samples. You can watch the breads going into the oven. It is truly next level and the best bread in the game.
