Hidden Peak Provisions is one of my absolute favorite spots in the greater Salt Lake area — totally worth the drive from wherever you are, and *the* superlative way to unwind and refuel after a long, uphill, hunger-inducing bike ride in the Midway vicinity.
Absolutely adore the Turkey Rachel, Turkey Club, Cauliflower Banh Mi, and Steely Dan (mamma mia, that smoked trout + apple + brie trifecta!) sandos, don't sleep on the stellar BLT when local tomatoes...

Such a friendly and welcoming spot, serving up very delicious sandwiches, offered with a choice of a side. You can't go wrong choosing the potato salad, with the explosion of flavors, in every bite.
