Mercantile brings a feeling that’s been missing in Utah dining, a true sense of joy and food with concept. It’s really touching to experience that again after a while. The food isn’t just good; it’s better than good, elevated by that spark of joy. And when John stops by your table, the experience feels even more special.
This is the perfect restaurant. You leave with your belly and your heart feeling full and happy! We ate here the night we got engaged and came back on our third wedding anniversary. Everyone from front of house to the people passing by topping off your drinks make you feel welcome and wanted. We had Justin as our server several years ago and he made such an impact that I found myself thinking “I hope he’s doing well” throughout the years. I was so pleased to see him again...
Exceptional service and perfectly cooked and seasoned food. Justin gave us a wonderful experience and had impeccable menu knowledge. Thank you to the whole staff for a memorable meal.
