EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I had an issue with the app while making my order. The app changed it from delivery to pick up. I didn't have transportation to go get it at that moment. I called the store and immediately, the associate got me a manager. They did everything possible to help me get the order delivered but still was not working. Well, guess what they did?

Such a nice Beans and Brews! The tables are spread out well and there's nice comfy armchair section. I asked the employee what their recommendation was and they made me a great white mocha espresso drink. Great place to do work or just read.

I agree with her assessment. We both got medium chai Frappe (one with almond milk). I prefer this company over the Seattle based one. Though I still think it's ridiculous to charge so much for almond milk vs regular milk. Good chai flavor.
