Really solid bbq food for Utah, great choice if you're looking for good bbq. The brisket was amazing. The cornbread and Mac and cheese, words can't describe the happiness I enjoyed, go give them a shot. Fairly affordable and great portions.
Today my office had Charlotte Rose BBQ catered and I must say this was top notch BBQ. Ribs that were so nice and tender, perfect tasting chicken and so much more. I definitely plan on stopping by and getting some more yummy food.

I travel for work and regularly eat BBQ on the road (see numerous other BBQ reviews across the US)—after finding Charlotte-Rose’s my search has ended.
Try anything on the menu, each item is prepared with skill and tastes amazing. Ask the owner (the restaurant is named after his daughter) for a sauce history lesson. Ask for a piece of chocolate cornbread. Bottom line, just go!
