I recently visited your Moab, Utah location and wanted to provide feedback regarding my customer service experience. The process is simple should be little error. And when an error happens just correct it! Not here. Bought 2- number 3 breakfast sandwich meals. Received 1 coffee and 2 sandwiches. Asked where was hash browns & other Coffee? Employee went on about that is what she keyed in, I replied okay, that is not what I requested. Refused to add items charge me for difference until a manager came involved. Not sure what happens but hopefully more training to keep things moving along for everyone.
