I ended up at Moab Garage Co. every morning during my recent trip to Moab, and it became one of the highlights of the visit. I had the Breakfast Burrito and a Cortado each day — both were the best I’ve had in a long time. Truly uniquely delicious, couldn't be better! My friends ordered a mix of things (danishes, bacon, waffles, and more) and everyone loved their food just as much.

Vegan burrito was a lot of rice which on the menu would have been quinoa. The protein was the black beans and it was in the form of salsa. The whole thing was just basically for me rice with Black Bean Salsa on top. And that was $12 vegans need protein. There just was not enough of it. there wasn't a egg replacement like a tofu egg.
