I almost never write a review but I had to for this one. I think it’s not only the best Mexican food in Moab but possibly the best Mexican food I have ever had. Highly recommend a stop here. Prices are very reasonable on top of the upmost quality.
I came in here with high expectations after reading the reviews of this place online, and left with the best two tacos I ever had. I got the quesa birria tacos and they were out within three minutes. The tacos themselves were fantastic, and the consummé they were served with was incredibly flavorful and a wonderful pairing with the tacos. Very friendly service too. I will be back!
Amazing food truck with FLAVOR. We were just passing through town, but after our first bite, we knew we’d be coming back as many times as we can before we leave. Absolutely worth the stop!
