I had the great pleasure of staying at Redcliffs Lodge for a couple days and was able to dine at the Cowboy Grill for a couple of meals. I will say the hotel breakfast not sure if it's connected to the restaurant, was really good. Every day they served fresh and varied pastries. The scones, muffins, cinnamon buns were delicious and a great was to start the day. There were also plenty of breakfast food options and served all you can eat buffet style.

Went to have dinner there, but discovered it was under construction. After talking to one of the construction crew we discovered it was open in another building. Then discovered they dont open till 5pm. Google said they were open not closed. Need to have more detail of what is open and what is not. Also signs at the entrance showing where the temporary restaurant is located would help.

The service was good, we did have to wave for their attention after we had been sitting and ready to order and when we were ready to pay as well (they were not busy, the guy was standing there). But the staff were super friendly and respectful, and they were efficient with everything else! The food though, is not at all worth it. Actually the food was disappointing big time, especially for the price. It wasn’t garbage but they don’t serve fancy and tasty, they instead charge...
