I live an hour and a half from Moab, so we have been here a few times. My advice - if you want to have a better experience - is to go inside the restaurant and order via the kiosks. When your food is ready, check it and make sure everything is accurate. :-)
Parking: We came in our RV once and we simply pulled into the main entrance and then parked to the back right behind the business located next to it.

The one who served us at the drive thru, very bad character, incomplete food, good food, bad service, we went on vacation, there were a lot of tourists, I can understand that they are frustrated by that.
