The Nordstrom Cafe Bistro is such a great, hidden gem within the Nordstrom store at Fashion Place mall. I am unsure if this is how it always functions, but we ordered our food first then were presented with our receipt and could sit anywhere within the restaurant. Of course, we chose one of the tables by the window because it has such a beautiful view of the Wasatch mountains! Love this place! Even with a basic menu, they have such good variety. It’s fresh, tasty, and high quality. We had the salmon salad and the chicken goats cheese panini, the fries that come with it is *chefs kiss* and the olive tapenade is the best! ?

The service is always 100%, would recommend!
