We had a less than pleasant experience (a small black plastic top fell into my daughter’s drink. My water had particles floating around in it. My meal portion was small.) and have not heard back from anyone.
What happened to your food? You used to be my family’s go to spot about 10 years ago then you started changing your menu-starting with the salt and pepper calamari. Now the food quality is just bad.
I’ve never experienced such disgusting food in my entire life. I ordered the Mongolian chicken and the northern spareribs. Needless to say, I was beyond disappointed, for this to be such a well-known establishment to have given me hard day old ribs is absurd. The rice was over cooked and the chicken was undercooked.Now I do understand that from time to time in restaurants there can be some oversight when it comes to things like making changes to menu items.
