“I placed an online order on my lunch break to be ready at 1:40pm. When I went to go pick it up at 1:42pm, the lady said that I did not have an order and was questioning me, in not a very friendly manner, if I placed the order to the right store and saying it probably didn’t go through on my card. I showed her my confirmation that it was this store and that it did indeed go through on my card. She had said someone came in and took my order saying they were me, she said this has happened many times at this store. The worker I had been speaking to made me a new sandwich free of charge, which I really appreciated. But she was not very welcoming or friendly. But I do think they need to do a better job making sure the online orders go to the right people.“
“I love this location very professional they even wrote what each sandwich was that helps a lot I did an online order this being the second time here they make sure it is me before handing the bags off some places just put it on the shelf were anyone could get it“
“Thomas and Travis are exceptional workers! While working in EXTREME heat because the AC is down they still had smiles on their faces and were still busting their behinds! They deserve better imo and I hope my call to corporate helped. If it weren’t for their positive attitudes and hard work this would be a very negative review. Hope the problem is solved quickly before someone gets heat stroke!!!!“
“Rarely does a visit to pick up sandwiches after a long day at work inspire me to rave about a food chain and it's employees, but tonight is the exception. There was a small problem with my call in order, and Lynn immediately addressed my concern and went above and beyond to make it right. She was kind, smiled the whole way through, and made my day a little brighter. She was in charge of the store and knew what it took to, not only fix my order, but make me want to shop at this store twice as much as I have been....I live a block from the store. She managed her small team well and I could tell they all liked working together. Lynn acted like an owner. She took ownership of the problem, her team, and store. Whoever owns this shop is lucky to have Lynn as your manager. People like her are a rare find in a fast food world awash in mediocre employees and lack luster service. Thank you for hiring such a friendly ray of sunshine. Promote her. If you don't, someone else will. Thanks for the great food served with a happy heart. Appreciated!“
