“Customer service was great! Very friendly. Greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. The only negative was the food...we ordered online for in-store pickup and they got our orders mixed up. First, they mislabeled the wrappers. Sandwich 1 was actually 2 and 2 was actually 1 (not a deal breaker). However, the extra protein was added to the wrong sub. My wife got the extra protein and did not like that because it was mostly extra ham (which she does not like). She said the other flavors were overpowered by the amount of ham her sub had.“
“Rarely does a visit to pick up sandwiches after a long day at work inspire me to rave about a food chain and it's employees, but tonight is the exception. There was a small problem with my call in order, and Lynn immediately addressed my concern and went above and beyond to make it right. She was kind, smiled the whole way through, and made my day a little brighter. She was in charge of the store and knew what it took to, not only fix my order, but make me want to shop at this store twice as much as I have been....I live a block from the store. She managed her small team well and I could tell they all liked working together. Lynn acted like an owner. She took ownership of the problem, her team, and store. Whoever owns this shop is lucky to have Lynn as your manager. People like her are a rare find in a fast food world awash in mediocre employees and lack luster service. Thank you for hiring such a friendly ray of sunshine. Promote her. If you don't, someone else will. Thanks for the great food served with a happy heart. Appreciated!“
“Thomas and Travis are exceptional workers! While working in EXTREME heat because the AC is down they still had smiles on their faces and were still busting their behinds! They deserve better imo and I hope my call to corporate helped. If it weren’t for their positive attitudes and hard work this would be a very negative review. Hope the problem is solved quickly before someone gets heat stroke!!!!“
“I passed by multiple Subway options along my drive and we decided to stop at the one closest to home. I'm so glad we did! Kiona was absolutely fantastic. I haven't experienced such beyond phenomenal customer service before. She was sweet, kind, funny, and really knew how to make a sandwich. I never had my subway taste so good before. It was like I could taste the love and care put into each bite. She even made sure to separate my boyfriend's chicken sandwich apart from my veggie sandwich and changed her gloves after finishing his and starting mine. Small things like that are super appreciated and I didn't have to mention a thing, she knows what she's doing! I really hope that she gets a raise, bonus, appreciation reward, or a promotion. She's a superstar and deserves so much, I can only hope they're treating her as well as she treats others. I wanted to write this as genuinely as I can because it's not often that I get delicious, well prepared food with such amazing service and it's extremely rare to find someone like Kiona.
