I ordered online and went into the store for pickup. About three workers were making pizzas, and who I assume was the manager was sitting up front at the counter on their laptop. No one helped me for a couple of minutes, and finally, the manager looked up, got up, looked for an employee to help, and then decided they were all busy so he would help me. It seemed like he was very annoyed when all he had to do was ask me what I needed and hand me the pizza. It was weird. The pizza...

Marco's in Logan is great! I ordered the pizza to the wrong address on my account. An hour later I called in wondering what was going on and they informed me I had delivered it to the wrong address. Even though it was my mistake, they sent me the pizza again to the correct address at no extra cost. I really appreciated that.

The food is delicious, but I’m rating 5 starts based on the customer service. They missed something on my order, just a couple sauces really nothing extreme so I called them to try to get my sauces.( I love the garlic sauce with their cheese pizza.) The manager apologized and let me know that they were training but they could send the sauces when a driver comes my way again. 10 minutes later they were at my door with a new fresh cheesy bread and 4 extra garlic sauces.
