Every time I order online, my order is made inaccurately. Salads never get the tortilla strips or lime on top. Definitely won’t be ordering again, since this has been multiple times.
Mediocre food quality, not always super warm either. Very inconsistent in how well the food is prepared at this location. I do love Cafe Rio, this one just doesn’t make the best food - updated for the third time since 2020. (Soggy tortilla in my taco, way spicy sweet pork, and it wasn’t hot)
Eat in orders are great, especially because you can see the food as it's being made. I've had a few issues with my carryout orders so now I double check everything is there in the store before I leave and that works alright. All in all, they make excellent food.
