Just arrived home after going through the drive-through and I am missing a double cheesegurger -it's not in the bag! Tried to call Wendy's but the phone # listed only rings and rings and then asks for an access code. Not too happy!!
I ordered a black bean burger through the drive through and was served wax paper inside my sandwich, it was decorated with condiments and all, I loved Wendy's, I worked there 13 years ago, and I will NEVER go back, not even to a different location.
I had to repeat my order three times and then it took FOREVER to get our food (20 minutes).
