Polar King is a great spot for a frozen treat. They have both Mexican and American food options so there is bound to be something for everyone. Great small town vibe, and excellent service. The building itself is a little run down, but the food is nothing fancy but dependable. Lots of kid friendly options.
Stopped by Polar King during a hunting trip with my daughter, and was very happy we did! The food and service were excellent! If you like hot, fresh-made food and real fries, this is the place! It’s not fast food, but it is good food! It’s an old time diner style vibe on the inside, except that you get a buzzer and pick up your food at the counter. Use to work here and eat here. Management is great, they have the best burgers I’ve ever had, and the fries are hard to beat. I recommend visiting on weekdays or non holidays for the best service.
