Online Order Process completely broken. I ordered ahead arrived at the time they said it would be ready. As I waited the entire waiting line has cycled through twice. Ive been given no update still and it's now 35 mins I've been waiting. Don't order online, if you need your food quickly don't come here.

This place used to be great but the food quality has really gone down. They don't spread the sandwich ingredients out. So all the avocado is in one corner, all the sauces in another, and all the meat in another. I basically had to remake my own sandwich. If you order through doordash or grubhub, just don't. It is going to be wrong.

Waited in line for 30 minutes. Was able to stand here and take this review while waiting. Your line was out the door and for every one order in line they did 7 to 9 online. TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE WILLING TO STAND IN LINE FOR YOUR FOOD. I was on my lunch and you took more time then should have. We had 6 people in front of us and it should not take as long as it did. Staff was nice.

They are sneaky. The lady upsold me on some special chicken and charged me $2 for "added protein" on a Strawberry Harvest Salad. But then they didn't give me the actual chicken that is supposed to come with the salad. On top of that, they barely give any strawberries on the STRAWBERRY harvest salad! I got more apple slices (6) than strawberry slices (4). I watched the person scoop out more strawberry, but then actually take it off, meaning they are being instructed to skimp. Enough is enough.

Soup is cold canned, they need mustard on there menu for sandwiches. Sandwiches are worse then gas station, honestly get better bang for your buck at Arby's.

31Jul2024. Food is great. But oh man.. they are STINGIE with their portions, it’s just crazy funny how they measure a single piece of edamame or lettuce. I ordered a full veggie salad and let the lady who was helping me that I could pay extra for extra lettuce and she looked at me like I’m a weirdo for asking for more. I will stay away from you guys as much as I can and only used for emergencies like today. All locations are the same. Yuck!
I always love eating here! The food is always delicious and the service is great, and the restaurant is well kept and clean. Highly recommend!

Everything is usually really good, but yesterday I ordered the chipotle glazed salad in a try two combo, and there was barbecue sauce on it instead of the chipotle glaze? I had to throw it away because it was so bad. The brisket grilled cheese is always amazing though, and I’m also a huge fan of the chicken enchilada chili and the chocolate mousse cake.
This place has gotten so skimpy yet they upped their prices ? 5 strawberries? Really ? A few pieces of chicken as well ? You want $13 for lettuce then is what you’re saying I will take my money elsewhere.
