I normally love Zupas. This is the second time our two salads were gritty with sand (I assume in the lettuce). The other time was a couple months ago. A little worrisome and very unpleasant. This is probably a vendor problem, but it needs to be addressed and quality checked. The two soups were stellar as usual.

Menu in store says 2 combo is $12.99. Receipt says $13.99 for same item and no add-ons or extras. That kind of crap is really annoying and false advertising. Edit: I reached out on the suggested website and they didn't do anything to help.
After experiencing Zupas, Panera and Kneaders. ZUPAS is superior in sandwiches, soup, salad and service. Prices are very reasonable for high quality food. I am also happy with their desserts when I get them. They also have some artisan juices that are available on a refillable tap ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got an eyelash in my sandwich and I asked if they can remake it. No big deal I said, I was just wondering if I can get another sandwich. They said they could and I did get another sandwich so I wasn’t even trying to be upset but the way the girl treated me when she handed me the sandwich showed how poor and rude the service is here.
