We were really happy with our food. The service was friendly, but slow. I've worked in food service myself and from what I observed the staff were disorganized and struggled with time management. Our food sat on the counter for about 3 minutes before it was handed to us at the register. One of the employees was very on top of getting the soups served up only for them to sit on the counter getting cold while the sandwiches and salads were prepared.

My husband and I are from Denver Colorado. We came to Ogden Utah to visit family and tried Zoupa Cafe for the very first time. PLEASE BRING ONE TO COLORADO!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!! I loved the food, the unique drinks, the kind staff, and everything else. Incredible customer experience. I'm just upset we don't have one near us!!
*EDIT* my autistic son left his fidget toy there. It was a custom one from a convention that we could not purchase again. I called and spoke to Jamie who looked for it and didn't find it. About fifteen minutes later she CALLED BACK and told me they found it. Exceptional! Thank you Jamie!!

The pickup experience here is consistently bad! You HAVE to assert yourself to pick up your order because nobody greets you. And the line is always prioritized over the 4-5 people that wait to pick up for 20+ minutes. Always, always, always just order through the line if you want customer service.

Went in before they were open I was unaware of the time they open and they kicked me out of the establishment because I was not picking up an order. Rude lady that work there customers should not be treated that way. I will never go back to this Zupas again!!!!

This was one of the best restaurants I've been to. The Hot Honey Cottage Cheese bowl was the BEST EVER!! 100% will recommend this. The Dubai chocolate strawberry cup was SOOOOOO good, a little too much chocolate but...who doesn't like chocolate?! (A lot of people for some reason 🤣😭) Please go here if you are considering.

This location is the best Zupa's I have ever eaten at. The Manager and her staff are friendly, professional and fast. You can tell that they care about what they are doing, and that's really hard to find these days. The food is always fresh and made to perfection, and it's nice to have such healthy choices. The restaurant is always clean. I love it here and highly recommend it!
