Delicious food and amazing customer service if you’re lucky to have Maria helping you, you won’t be disappointed. We were really happy with our food. The service was friendly, but slow. I've worked in food service myself and from what I observed the staff were disorganized and struggled with time management. Our food sat on the counter for about 3 minutes before it was handed to us at the register. One of the employees was very on top of getting the soups served up only for them to sit on the counter getting cold while the sandwiches and salads were prepared.
My husband and I are from Denver Colorado. We came to Ogden Utah to visit family and tried Zoupa Cafe for the very first time. PLEASE BRING ONE TO COLORADO!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!! I loved the food, the unique drinks, the kind staff, and everything else. Incredible customer experience. I'm just upset we don't have one near us!!
