A great Philly in a totally unexpected place. I go to wellsville a couple times a year and have seen Chef D's but never had time to stop and try it. Tonight I was craving a Philly cheesesteak and decided to drive out and try them. The sandwich was great, perfect bread to filling ratio, the season fries were great and the two different dipping sauces were good, I especially liked the jalapeño ranch. This was the best Philly cheese steak of my life. There was no wait when we got there and the customer service was fantastic. If I didn't live so far away I would be going there every day for lunch. It was truly fantastic. It's about $13 per sandwich and then an additional charge for sides, so a little on the pricey side but for a small business it's understandable.
