I had a very awkward and unprofessional interaction with Carlos who doesn’t understand ADA compliance with service animals. He made a lot of inappropriate and incorrect assertions as if I’m lying. I didn’t make an issue of it, but I corrected him politely and asked for dine in service, but to eat outside. It was a crisp sunny day. I didn’t want to hang out in a hot crowded restaurant, I wanted space to eat outside quickly without taking off my coat and hat, but I wanted to drink out of a hot mug and eat off a warm plate. However, Carlos decided to make my order to go anyways, because he thought it would make my life easier.
If I wanted to drink lukewarm tea out of a cheap paper cup and eat out of a bag for $20, I would’ve ordered to go. Also, I found it odd that when he asked me what kind of cheese I want on my bagel sandwich, cream cheese is a three dollar upcharge with no mention until I saw the bill. I’m confused why a piece of cheddar is included on the sandwich but if I want to sub a schemer of cream cheese instead, which is standard for a bagel, that’s an extra three dollars. I honestly don’t know why I stayed after that, I should’ve asked for a refund and left.
One of the other staff members recognized what was going on and she went out of her way to set me up at a table on the patio. I really appreciated that and I gave her a cash tip.
My tea was under steeped barely warm, and the egg bagel sandwhich was chewy like it was microwaved. I like the walkable convenience, but service industry folks need a lesson in ADA compliance and I shouldn’t be the one educating them. I was harassed, the food and drink sucked, so doubt I’ll be back.

My boyfriend and I came in here on a whim, he saw it out of the corner of his eye and suggested we try a new place. it was awesome! the coffee is delicious! I got a vanilla latte and their ogden bagel, the bagel was perfectly toasted and everything tasted so good! we went back the next morning, I tried their Cupids Kiss drink, it was delicious, and I got the ogden bagel again, though this time the bagel was burnt and I was a little disappointed. But I will still recommend this place and will assume the burnt bagel was just a one time fluke. Will definitely come back and recommend to others!

Recently started coming here, new fave spot in ogden. THE BAGELS ARE SO DAMN GOOD!! also the dirty chais;) staff is always friendly and environment is calm and relaxing great place to work:)
