This location has never been great. But lately it’s been beyond terrible. I worked at the south Ogden location for years, a good chunk of that time I was running the kitchen and making all the food. So I know how it SHOULD be done. The food at this location is always cooked incorrectly, the Queso is clearly overcooked and or chilled and reheated too many times. The beans are terrible, more often than not, the beans are undercooked, today the refried beans were just brown water....read full review
I walked in the cold to go pick up my online order, and paid for a side of Rice and Cotija cheese and asked for a side of jalapeños. I get there, get my order and walk back home. When I opened up my food all three of those things were missing. I called them to tell them what I was missing and they told me they are out of the cheese and he couldn’t tell me if they were out of jalapeños, and they just forgot the rice.
