Costa Vida is a restaurant where the staff provide excellent customer service and make customers feel welcomed. The Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Burrito is a popular choice on the menu. The manager is amazing—he is so nice and friendly even when there is a ton of customers. He is also extremely fast and makes the best food out of all the Costa Vidas in the area. The guys were great and fast, and they did not mess up orders at all. While there was a mishap with an order containing cheese in the past, the management took the concern seriously. The team is efficient even during busy times, though sometimes employees touch their own clothes before handling food. Portions can vary, but they are generally good about special requests. Customers have a positive experience and will want to return to this location.
