Put an online order and when I went to pick up it still wasn’t ready, and I sat in the restaurant for an hour before it was ready! While there were several workers just wondering around! Then the orders in a bag for 10 minutes before they put it on the counter! Very poor service!
This location is so slow. Do not order ahead even if you’re 20 minutes late your order will still not be ready. Just wait in line order was ready 15 minutes today after estimated time. Happens every time I order here.
Carlos was awesome. I came in unprepared needing a catering order for 20 right away. The staff was super friendly and had the order ready in record time. Not to mention it was during the lunch rush! Thanks for being amazing!

Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican is a well-liked restaurant known for its friendly and efficient service. The employees are praised for their quickness and ability to prepare orders accurately. The restaurant is kept clean and can accommodate many customers, making it suitable for families. Cafe Rio offers a rewards program and a kid-friendly menu, making it a great choice for those with children. While many find the chicken quesadilla and sweet pork salad to be delicious and perfectly seasoned, some recent reviews indicate issues with portion sizes and quality, such as a lack of sauce for burritos and a decline in meat amounts in salads. Customers appreciate the customization options available through the app, allowing them to place orders easily without waiting. Although the parking lot can be confusing, the delicious, fresh food and family-friendly seating make it a place worth visiting. However, some customers have noted that the restaurant needs to focus on cleanliness and quality, as there have been reports of dusty signs and unclean tables. Overall, the dedication to service remains a highlight, with staff going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
