I ordered the steak enchilada and it definitely is not an enchilada. I have no idea what they attempted to make. I wish I could share a picture on here. It looks like a child size taco with some meat inside and a little bit of melted cheese on top. The tortilla is DRY af. They forgot the pico de gallo, only some sad lettuce on top of cold refried beans. And they forgot the sauce on the enchilada. A huge waste of money.
The only thing bad about going to Costa Vida, is you will want to go back...
