It's firehouse, like all others, food is consistent and good, but unlike a lot of fire house subs, you get 50% off if you are in a public service sector, police, fire, medic or military. Dealllllzzzzzzservice was a little slow but the health inspector came and was razzing em up
Not my favorite sandwich but it's mostly going to be a personal bias on this one and not a quality thing. You'll probably like it though. I'll give it another try and see if it changes.The bread was pretty good, soft and not bland. But I tried the Italian and it was a hot sandwich, which, I should have known I wouldn't completely like. But, on the other hand, it didn't change my mind about a "toasted" or "hot sandwich".Two things I didn't like here were the dirty soda machine...read full review

I have had many problems with Firehouse over the past years at the Layton location. I decided to try again at the Riverdale location, even though it is further away. The food is good when it is correct, but the service has really fallen. Today my order was missing all my brownies. When I contacted customer service, they offered my "points" to make up for missing items. It is impossible to get through to a real person. Would not recommend anymore.
