We finally got to try this out and the food was great, the staff super friendly and informative since we had never tried this concept of BBQ in a cup. I think the only observation I made was that they need to improve on the cleaning up of the eating area.

We placed our order online, waited over an hour, and then got a call, saying we we are not going to get our food. I don’t care that it came through Uber eats. Cupbop chose to do business with Uber eats for their deliveries and they need to be held accountable for this. I am hungry, and mad as hell. A company is only as good as the services they contract with to provide their products.I did not get my food and will not do business with Cupbop again as long as they do business with Uber eats.

Mostly rice is all you will get. Tried this place 3 times and seems like the Layton location will always be our go too. We dive 25 minutes out of our way even though this one is closer to us.
