We finally got to try this out and the food was great, the staff super friendly and informative since we had never tried this concept of BBQ in a cup. I think the only observation I made was that they need to improve on the cleaning up of the eating area.

man the food was so good and the service was impeccable but they didnt let me set the thermostat to 67° so it went from everything 5 stars to how it is now and the ice they have is great to rub om ya lips 💋 🫦

Hallie, Vivi, and Diamond are the best staff ever!! Cupbop you need to keep those three around!! 5 stars. Every other time I’ve been to this location I would have given it a 3. They are outstanding, how they greeted, put the sauce on and how they said goodbye is pure perfection!!! Give them a bonus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
