Our server was an absolute doll! Compared to the sister location in Logan, this place tops my list! The bacon classic burger was absolutely amazing!!! The place was clean, service was awesome! Definitely coming back!

Only been here once...never going back.Did online order for curbside pickup today. Waited the amount of time and pulled up to a curbside parking stall, prompted the app that I was there in a space waiting for my food. I sat out there for about 15 mins..mind you, there are literally 4 customers in the whole building... I proceeded to walk into the store and tell whom I presume to be the shift manager. Told him I've been waiting for my food outside and would like it now since it's 15 min past my order time.. he walks back to the kitchen, grabs the bag of food that had probably sat there for more than 15 mins and hands it to me with a smug attitude.I was in a hurry to get back home, so when I got home and opened the bag, the MAIN reason i went to IHOP- the pancakes were missing. Like. not too big of a deal, people forget things every once in a while.So, I drive back another 10 min. Go inside and tell the same man that my pancakes are missing. He tells the cook. The COOK proceeds to ARGUE with this young man telling him that he made my pancakes and that my bag needed to be checked. Over and over .. which, has never happened to me at any other food places. The cook then gives the young man attitude and makes the pancakes and literally throws them on the warmer shelf. Young man went and picked it up, and veryyyyy rudely, he hands me the pancakes, doesn't even look me in my eyes and rushes off. Doesn't say sorry, my bad, nothing.What an experience. Haha.Customer service ?1 star. ⭐

Ordered the steak cuts with eggs and pancakes for breakfast. Definitely was worth every single dollar. Cooked perfectly and the taste was phenomenal!! Service was excellent as well even though the place was full out waiter kept up with excellent!

Me and my daughter decided pancakes for breakfast, we got seated, we waited, waited, waited, and no one came to our table for over 10 minutes, the person who seated us went to the other side of restaurant to talk to customer, didn't even ask if we wanted anything to drink, still no one came to our table ...so we left, don't think I will be coming to this restaurant, very poor service....

Where do I begin so going into any food place needs to be clean especially windows the big problem was I had green plastic in my eggs I was shocked I mean shocked so discussing I will never eat there again the service is not good it looks dirty going in there I didn't want to eat there but my husband convinced me other wise but we will never go to 12thst IHOP. LAYTON I-HOP IS VERY CLEAN AND FOOD IS AMAZING NEVER EAT AT OGDEN IHOP DISCUSSING

I’m not much of a Karen and I never write reviews. I just wanted to start by saying that so people understand my frustration. I’ve worked in the food industry and I’ve been a waitress before so I get where they’re coming from. I never give them a hard time or attitude. But tonight was just too much for me. Everyone there seemed like they had attitude and just wanted to go home, even though I placed a to go order and there was only 4 people in the whole restaurant at the time. I also tipped 20 percent on both of my orders so I don’t feel like that had anything to do with it. They handled my food with their bare hands before and after it was cooked. Even after charging me for my food. I ordered a chocolate shake and it was vanilla with barely any chocolate added to it. I had onion chunks cooked into my pancakes. The bananas and strawberries I paid an extra $3 to have on my pancakes were old and mushy. I also asked for toast, assuming it wouldn’t be much more than $2 or so to add, turns out it was $5 for a piece of toast. I came here last month and had a completely different and opposite experience. So I’m not sure why it was so different tonight. I use to love coming here but I think I’ll choose something else on 12th street next time. Thank you for listening and I hope this helps you guys. ❤️

I feel like this restaurant has gone down hill. My favorite lingonberry crepes have been taken off the menu. I tried the blackberry crepes. No actual berries just the juice. Another day I tried the avocado toast and asked for it to look like the avocado mounded toast like in the picture in the menu. I got half the amount of avocado and a couple slices were brown. What is going on?

This was our second visit to the restaurant and it was on the free stack of pancakes day. We were going to use our free pancakes coupon, but the server said to save it for another day, because of the Free pancakes day. It was nice to have some honesty. The service was great and so was the food, but they need to refurbish the dining area, or modernize.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible.

12 street ihop is horrible!! Food was disgusting. Customer service was awful. The waiter looked like she had no clue what she was doing. I received my plate of cheese fries & there was hardly even fries on it & the cheese was stiff & stuck on the plate instead of the fries ??♀️& also there was a hair stuck on the cheese.? I also Ordered a turkey sandwich & the bread was all hard & stiff!! The cooks at IHOP are horrible!!! they put no effort into making people food ! Place was so gross never again will I go . & The sad part is I took people from out of state there & they had a bad experience with their food !!!??♀ WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!
